In order to engage in ship agency at the Freeport of Riga, a commercial company or a merchant shall meet certain requirements of good reputation and financial stability, and shall conclude a contract with the Freeport of Riga Authority.
The contract “On Ship Agency in the Freeport of Riga” is concluded for 5 years. The decision on concluding the contract lies with the Freeport of Riga CEO.
