The highest decision-making body of the port is its Board. The Board of the Freeport of Riga has four members - representatives nominated by the Minister for Economics, the Minister of Finance, the Minister of Transport and the Minister of Environmental Protection and Regional Development.

The Chief Executive Officer and his Deputies
