Amendments to Port Dues and Charges of the Port of Riga

Issued in accordance with Section 13, Paragraph three

and Section 15, Paragraphs one and two of the Law on Ports 

 

 

The  amendments to Port Dues and Charges of the Port of Riga  (approved by the decision of the Freeport of Riga Board No. 105 of 19 November 2020 (Min. No.16, p.1) with amendments approved by the Decision of the Freeport of Riga Board No. 18 of 23 December 2022 (Min. No.18, p.1), and amendments approved by Decision No.59 of 6 July 2023 (Min. No 13, p.6), and amendments approved by Decision No.27 of 22 March 2024 (Min. No 13, p.6) shall be introduced as follows:

  1. The sub-paragraph 22.3. shall be amended as follows:

“22.3. for a cruise ship, passenger ship and passenger-cargo ship - 0.063 EUR/GT”;

  1. The sub-paragraph 28.21. shall be amended as follows:

“28.21. for a cruise ship, passenger ship and passenger-cargo ship - 0.058 EUR/GT”;

  1. The sub-paragraph 35.2. shall be amended as follows:

“35.2. for a cruise ship - 0.032 EUR/GT.”

  1. The sub-paragraph 37.2. shall be amended as follows:

“37.2. For a cruise ship – 1.331 EUR for each passenger”.

 

Amendments to Port Dues and Charges of the Port of Riga  shall come into force on 1 April 2025.
