On May 27, 2013, at 19:30 the Port police squad, patrolling water area of the Freeport of Riga, received information that not far from Krievu island there is an unmanageable sailing yacht, and the Master of the yacht needs assistance to deliver the yacht to the yacht club. Two patrol vessels were immediately sent to deal with the situation. At 20:20 the mentioned vessel and its two passengers were brought to Riga Yacht Club in Andrejosta.
