In the letter of the Mayor of Moscow Mr.Luzkov to Russian Federation Ambassador to Latvia Mr.Kaluznij, received also at the Freeport of Riga Authority, calls to the Freeport of Riga Authority and Latvian Railway Company "Latvijas dzelzcels" to carry out economic analysis and to prepare a presentation for Russian entrepreneurs regarding port advantages comparing to other Noth-East ports.
Mr.Luzkov informs in the letter that the government of Moscow has examined proposals of Mr.Loginovs regarding possibility to use Latvian ports for Moscow needs. The proposals have been discussed also with suppliers of food and industrial goods.
