Leasing a plot for construction of a new business centre in Kipsala

The Board of the Freeport decided to sign an agreement with SIA "Darzu pasaule" regarding leasing of a plot belonging to the Freeport in Kipsala for construction of a business centre. The plot is 17 000 sq.m wide, currently not being used and messed with building refuses. In compliance with the plans of SIA "Darzu pasaule" for the building of a new business centre and improvement of the territory it is planned to make investments of about 3 millions LVL.
