The Freeport of Riga Authority, address: Kalpaka bulv.12, Riga, LV-1010, is auctioning the right of superficies pertaining the real estate located in the territory of the Freeport of Riga, at Zila Street, Krievu Island.
Type of auction: an open oral auction with an ascending step. Items subject to the right of superficies:
Item No.1 - land with an approximate area of 4.61 ha (46 100 m²), the auction opening price (annual fee) - 100 037.00 EUR, the auction step -1000 EUR;
Item No.2 – land with an approximate area of 4.45 ha (44 500 m2), the auction opening price (annual fee) - 96 565.00 EUR, the auction step - 960 EUR;
Item No.3 – land with an approximate area of 5.17 ha (51 700 m2), the auction opening price (annual fee) - 112 189.00 EUR, the auction step - 1120 EUR;
Item No.4 – land with an approximate area of 5.18 ha (51 800 m2), the auction opening price (annual fee) - 112 189.00 EUR, the auction step -1120 EUR;
Conditions for further use of the Items: commercial activities related to the port functions (according to Paragraph 3.1 of the Methodology of the real estate lease and granting the right of superficies of the Freeport of Riga Authority - available on the website of the Freeport of Riga Authority https://rop.lv/lv/zemes-noma-un-apbuves-tiesibas). Each Item shall be applied for separately.
The auction regulations, application form and other relevant information are available on the website of the Freeport of Riga Authority www.rop.lv under the “Notices” section.
The application for participation in the auction can be submitted by 16:00 on March 1, 2024. The auction is scheduled for March 19, 2024: for Item No.1 - at 13.00 , for Item No.2 - at 14.00., for Item No.3 - at 15.00, for Item No.4 - at 16.00. Application registration and on-site auction will take place at 12, Kalpaka boulevard, Riga.
All persons wishing to participate in the auction shall submit the documents specified in the auction regulations (application form) by 16.00 on March 01, 2024. The auction security deposit shall be transferred to the current account of the Freeport of Riga Authority LV16HABA0551024614837 at AS Swedbank. Purpose of payment: A security deposit for the auction of the right of superficies pertaining the real estate on Zila Street, Riga, Item No.1, No.2, No.3 or No.4 (the specific Item the participant is applying for shall be indicated).
