The Freeport of Riga Authority, address - 12, Kalpaka boulevard, Riga, LV-1010, is auctioning the lease rights in regards of the land owned/possessed by the Freeport of Riga Authority and personal servitudes.
The Item: Auction of the lease rights in regards of the land owned/possessed by the Freeport of Riga Authority and personal servitudes located in the territory of the Freeport of Riga in Spilve meadows with a total approximate area of 177.2 ha.
Conditions for further use of the Item: installation of solar panels, production and storage of renewable solar electricity, production of hydrogen and alternative fuels.
Type of auction: an open oral auction with an ascending step in regards of the Item land rent part and electricity amount generated at the Item and transferred to the Authority.
The auction opening price and the auction step:
- The opening price of the auction Item land rent part shall be EUR 233 251,05 (two hundred and thirty-three thousand two hundred and fifty-one euro, 5 cents). The auction step shall be EUR 10 000,00 (ten thousand euro, 00 cents).
- The amount of electricity generated at the Item and transferred to the Authority in each electricity trading interval shall be 2.5% (two point five percent). The auction step shall be 0,1% (zero point one).
The application for participation in the auction shall be submitted by 16.30 on April 5, 2024. The auction is scheduled for 14:00 on April 16, 2024. Application registration and on-site auction will take place at 12, Kalpaka boulevard, Riga.
All persons wishing to participate in the auction shall submit the documents specified in the auction regulations (application form) by 16.30 on April 5, 2024. The documents shall be submitted in person, by mail, or by sending documents, certified with a secure electronic signature, to the e-mail address: info [at] rop.lv . The auction security deposit shall be transferred to the current account of the Freeport of Riga Authority LV16HABA0551024614837 at AS Swedbank. Purpose of payment: A security deposit for the auction of the lease rights pertaining the real estate in Spilve.
