Today the Civil case chamber of the Supreme Court finished the proceedings in the case of the Ministry of Transport and the Freeport of Riga Authority against the company "Kuģu remonta bāze" regarding the ownership of the berth at Andrejosta, Andrejsalas street 4.
The proceedings were finished as the participants managed to gain reconciliation, which determines the berth to be state owned and passed to the possession of the Freeport of Riga Authority.
