Please be advised that as of December 1, 2025, the administrative office of the Freeport of Riga Authority will be relocated to a new address at 1 Mihaila Tāla Street, Riga, LV-1045. Since the current administrative office building no longer met the Authority's development objectives, the property at 12 Kalpaka Boulevard, Riga, which previously belonged to the Freeport of Riga Authority, was disposed of in an open public auction earlier this year.
The new Freeport of Riga Authority’s office premises at 1 Mihaila Tāla Street will be more functional and energy efficient, providing savings of up to 25% in operational costs.
The Riga Port Harbour Master‘s Office and Port Police will continue to be located at 5A Meldru Street and at 3C Meldru Street, in Vecmīlgrāvis. The address for issuing port passes will continue to be at 3C Meldru Street (contact telephone: +371 673 293 80).
