The FPRA is responsible for the regular management of the port water area, including such works as dredging, widening and cleaning of the fairway. Deadline for completion of works - within the framework of the Action Plan 2019 - 2021.

 

Current works:

 

Sarkandaugava fairway (cleaning of berth JM-23 approach)

Dredging of the entrance to the Ziemas Port

Dredging of the access channel for vessels entering the port of Riga within the access water area of berths KR-24 and KR-25

Extension of the entrance channel in Mangaļsala and cleaning of accesses to berths MS-13, 12, 11 (B Port)

Cleaning of berth KRS-3 and KRS-4 access (up to -14 m), lifting objects
