The Freeport of Riga Authority announces an auction for building rights on real estate located within the Freeport of Riga territory, on Krievu Island, Zilā Street.

Type of auction: electronic auction on the Electronic Auction Platform (https://izsoles.ta.gov.lv) with an ascending bid step.

Objects of building rights:
Object No. 1 – Land plot with an approximate area of 4.61 ha (46,100 m²); starting price (annual fee): EUR 100,037.00; bidding increment: EUR 1,000.
Object No. 2 – Land plot with an approximate area of 4.45 ha (44,500 m²); starting price (annual fee): EUR 96,565.00; bidding increment: EUR 960.
Object No. 3 – Land plot with an approximate area of 5.17 ha (51,700 m²); starting price (annual fee): EUR 112,189.00; bidding increment: EUR 1,120.
Object No. 4 – Land plot with an approximate area of 5.18 ha (51,800 m²); starting price (annual fee): EUR 112,406.00; bidding increment: EUR 1,120.

Auction start: 01.10.2025 at 13:00
Auction end: 31.10.2025 at 13:00

Auction security deposit: 10% of the starting price of the respective object.

To participate in the auction, a person must transfer the security deposit to the organizer’s settlement account in accordance with the auction rules and submit a request for authorization to participate in the auction via the Electronic Auction Platform. Registration is required separately for each object. There is no limit to the number of objects a single bidder may register for.
