Extended deadline for application
The Freeport of Riga Authority is auctioning the right to rent real estate located in the territory of the Freeport of Riga Authority, Spilve and personal servitudes in its ownership/possession.
The Item: Auction of lease rights in regards of the land owned/possessed by the Freeport of Riga Authority and personal servitudes located in the territory of the Freeport of Riga in Spilve meadows with a total approximate area of 176.9 ha.
Conditions for further use of the Item: installation of solar panels and production of renewable solar electricity.
Type of auction: open oral auction with ascending step.
Auction opening price (annual rent): 503 251.05 EUR + 5.4 % of the amount of electricity produced at the Object in each electricity trading interval.
Auction step: 10,000.00 EUR or 0.1% (zero point one percentage point) of the amount of electricity produced at the Object in each electricity trading interval.
The application for participation in the auction shall be submitted by 16.30 on August 03, 2023. Auction time – at 14:00 on August 18, 2023. The registration of applications and on-site auction venue - at 12, Kalpaka boulevard, Riga.
All persons wishing to participate in the auction shall submit the documents specified in the auction regulations (application form) by 16.30 on August 03, 2023, The documents shall be submitted in person, by mail, or by sending documents, certified with a secure electronic signature, to the e-mail address: info [at] rop.lv. The auction security deposit shall be transferred to the current account of the Freeport of Riga Authority LV16HABA0551024614837, AS Swedbank.
Purpose of payment: A security deposit for the auction of the lease rights in regards of the real estate in Spilve.
