Clipper Adventurer in the Riga Port for the first time

On 4 June 2010, a cruise ship ClipperAdventurer, which is on the expedition to both polar regions, entered the Passenger terminal of the Riga Port for the first time.

The ship was built in 1975 and renovated in 1998 for 13 million USD. Expedition cruise ship ClipperAdventurer is 100 m long and brought 88 passengers to Riga, mainly from the Great Britain.

Representatives from the Freeport of Riga Authority visited the ship and its captain Hans Gunnar Roos in order to welcome him to Riga and present a remembrance gift of the Freeport of Riga.

Expedition ship ClipperAdventurer will be in Riga Passenger terminal once more on 20 June 2010.
